Expospace takes security seriously and takes numerous steps to protect its systems.
The following is a summary of the measures Expospace has taken to ensure that security will not be compromised. We continually evaluate new safeguards and implement them as required.
- Password-restricted access
Any access to private data is only accessible via an authorized user name and password. All passwords are stored in encrypted form on the Expospace server.
- Employee and Access to Information
Expospace limits access to personal information to employees who need to obtain this information in order to fulfill the requirements of their job.
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
Expospace uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting any information that should be confidential. this includes passwords, personal information, and all aspects of the administrative backend. Any time a credit card number is provided to Expospace, it is SSL encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. Credit card numbers are stored securely on our server.
- Secure Storage
Expospace is on a dedicated server. No other companies or users share our resources; only Expospace employees have access to the server. Security patches and software updates are continually applied to the server.
